Dads & Donuts – Friday, Feb.5, 7:45AM

Our guest speaker for Friday’s Dads & Donuts this month is one of our own incredible Dads, Dale Fruehauf.  Dale and his wife, Karen, have four beautiful children, all of whom are students at West Hills Christian School.  He and his family attend Sunset Presbyterian Church where he plays the piano and keyboard for both regular and children’s church. Over the last 20+ years Dale has held various HR leadership positions with several companies and is currently employed by Genentech.  We are so grateful to have him come share his heart with you this Friday!

Moms & Mochas – Tuesday, Feb. 2, 8:30AM

Calling all West Hills Christian School Moms to join together at our next Moms & Mochas gathering this coming Tuesday morning where you’ll have the opportunity to hear from yet another one of our gifted moms, Heidi Golden.  Heidi is the mother of four delightful kiddos (three attend West Hills) and wife to Jeff, Pastor of Riversgate Church.  Come listen to her share her heart about how she is learning to live out what she tells her kids every day – to love God and love people.

Lost & Found Goes To Charity – Friday, Jan. 29

Many “lost” clothing items, glasses, lunchboxes, dishes, coats, tennis shoes and so much more are down in the lower hall just waiting to be claimed.  By day’s end on Friday, these items will go to charity.  Be sure to pop by and have a look-see and claim what might be yours or your kiddos.

Parent’s Night Out – Friday, Jan. 29, 6:00PM

What parent doesn’t want a night out?!  Let us help!  This Friday night we are offering the first of five Parent’s Night Out events with an EPIC Minecraft Party!!!  Time frame is: 6:00-8:45PM.  The cost is:  $30/per student and includes pizza and other Minecraft inspired treats.  All ability levels welcome!  Here’s the list of more ParentsNightOut2016

State Of The School Parent Meeting – Tonight, Jan. 25, 7:00PM

Your presence at tonight’s meeting is of value to you, as a parent of West Hills Christian School!  Not only will you will be voting on the budget for 2016-2017 but Re-Enrollment information will be rolled out and opened up.  In addition – we’ll be having a dessert bar and an exciting drawing – but you’ll need to be present to win! We look forward to seeing you tonight!

Box Tops For Education – Game On!

Yep!  It’s a contest for your kiddos and their classmates and it’s SO easy!  Box Tops For Education is a GREAT way to earn FREE money for this school we all love so much!  Just cut out/tear-off and turn in those pink/blue and white labels you see on almost everything you buy in the grocery store.  Put them in a baggie, put your child’s name/teacher on there, have them turn it in and voila’ – you’ve just helped towards their contest!  Click here to learn more about the program!  This year’s funds raised will go towards some playground improvements which definitely benefits your kiddos!  Added bonus:  there’s an awesome year end blessing for the class that collects the most!  Keep watching for updates throughout the year.  The top four classes for September – December 2015 are:
