Last Day Of School BBQ And WaterBlast – Tuesday, Jun. 9

Tuesday is the last day of school.  Dismissal is at 11:30AM but immediately following dismissal until 2:00PM, out on our very own track/field and undercover play area, will be our annual School Family Picnic/BBQ and Water Blast! That’s right, bring the whole family and help us celebrate the year we had and kick off the summer! Remember to bring your picnic lunch, lawn chairs, blankets and water blasters.   Just FYI – our amazing Nancy Howell/April Sheaffer (and Crusader Cafe Team) will be offering a BBQ hot dog lunch (hot dogs, fruit, chips and lemonade) for a suggested donation of $3.00/per person.  NO need to order ahead – just bring yourself, your money and hop in line. Come join your kiddos, your friends and your WHCS staff for a great time as we say goodbye to school year 2014-2015 and launch the summer.

Daddy Daughter Dance – Thursday, Mar. 19, 6:30PM

Here we go . . . .  it’s almost time for our first ever Daddy/Daughter Dance – “A Night In Paris!”  The event takes place on Thursday night, March 19, from 6:30-8:30pm.  A couple tips to make it a night to remember:

Moms – please help your amazing daughters find their beautiful “dress to remember”  this weekend or next;
Dads – be sure to be ready in that knock-out shirt, jacket and tie (bow tie or other)
Daughters – be sure to pick up your tickets for the evening at the front desk

Thanks to all our volunteers who have already stepped forward to help make this an evening to remember!  Still needed:  a few mom’s willing to be in charge of taking some photos at the event (we even have cameras available for you to use).  Interested?  Please email!
