Annual Book Swap – May 12-16

Our annual West Hills Christian School Book Swap is right around the corner!  Monday through Friday, during the week of May 12, we will have tables set-up outside the Library that will be filled with books that your student(s) may swap out for books they bring from home.  What a great way to tidy your bookshelves and to add fresh, new books for summer reading! Students bring up to five gently used, high quality books into the Library for Mrs. Reichen to approve and then they go out to swap them.  The books from home should be at or above the student’s reading level so that all grades will be well represented and have good choices.  Books can be swapped during Library class, before and after school and during recess.  Please contact Mrs. Reichen with any questions about this fun event.

Shop & Dine To Benefit West Hills Christian School – May 13

Mapel Boutique and Twigs Bistro in Bridgeport Village have partnered with the Crusader Day Auction Team to bring you a great opportunity to enjoy a night out with shopping and dining while supporting West Hills Christian School.

Mapel Boutique is offering to give 20% cash back to West Hills on all purchases made on May 13th, shop the event from 5-8pm or during the day and online mention West Hills in the notes during checkout at shopmapel.com

These events are open to WHCS families and beyond so feel free to invite friends and family to dine and shop that day!
